With over a decade of experience in system and network administration and several years specializing in VoIP and cloud-based communication systems, I focus on designing secure, scalable, and efficient solutions that improve how organizations connect and operate.
My work spans Amazon Connect, Asterisk/Issabel PBX, and modern cloud communication platforms. I design intelligent contact flows, automate communication workflows, build custom dialplans and integrations, and help companies transition from traditional telephony to flexible cloud-native systems. Working deep in both VoIP and cloud ecosystems allows me to solve problems end-to-end, from infrastructure and routing logic to user experience and real-time operations.
